Your responsibilities
- Be the trusted contact for employees and management for all HR-related topics
- Execute daily HR operations (contracts, onboarding/offboarding, reference letters)
- Maintain personnel records and coordinate employee appointments
- Analyze and report HR KPIs; support internal documentation and certifications
- Manage payroll administration and process travel expense claims
- Support health and safety, data protection, and other compliance topics with external experts
- Assist in organizing internal communications and company events
- Contribute to the implementation of HR projects and continuous improvements
Your profile
- Degree in Human Resources or related commercial studies; further training as an HR Specialist is a plus
- 5+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of German labor law, payroll tax, and social security regulations
- Proficient in Office 365 and Microsoft Teams
- Structured and service-oriented working style with a hands-on mindset
- Excellent communication in German and good English proficiency
