I am working for PSS for over 21 years, since I joined Philips Sound Systems in 1997. As a process engineer, my key responsibility is to ensure that the production line is running smoothly, by reducing machine downtime, improving first time through and optimizing the line.
I am enjoying the time in PSS because there is very good team in PSS, we are working together, learning from each other, challenging each other and growing together. In the past years I saw a significant improvement of operations and learnt a lot.
I believe PSS is becoming better and better with this excellent team.
