Our Shenzhen team needs a Lead Quality Engineer to elevate production standards and quality assurance.
Your key responsibilities
- Interface with customers, handle complaints and warranty returns, and provide 8D reports
- Conduct deep analysis on quality issues and drive root cause solutions
- Monitor production scrap trends and close gaps proactively
- Organize internal and external audits; close non-conformities with cross-functional teams
- Evaluate and authorize production/process changes with thorough risk analysis
- Collaborate with Purchasing to improve supplier quality and implement preventive actions
Your qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Plastic, or Chemical Engineering
- 5+ years in quality, including 2+ years in a supervisory role
- AV or electronics background preferred; acoustics is a plus
- Data-driven with strong analytical skills
- Proficient in English and Mandarin
- Assertive, detail-oriented, and resilient under pressure
