Project manager

Do you enjoy leading multidisciplinary teams and driving innovative products to market?
Our Shenzhen team is looking for a Project Manager to steer global collaborations from start to finish.

What you’ll be doing

Lead cross-functional teams (development, quality, supply chain, etc.) from concept to mass production
Manage RFQ to production timelines, budgeting, and quality milestones
Coordinate with customers and global teams to align specs and expectations
Build and manage master project schedules; ensure resource availability
Evaluate risks, suppliers, feasibility, and align designs with overall strategy
Lead PCP milestone meetings and solve issues efficiently during lifecycle
Support mass production teams with technical resolution

Your profile

Degree in Acoustics, EE, ME, or Computer Science
Fluent in English and Mandarin
5+ years in full-lifecycle project management, preferably in high-volume R&D
Strong skills in planning, reporting, and supplier negotiation
Excellent communication across levels and regions
Organized, logical thinker, and great at multitasking
