Production supervisor

Do you have strong leadership in manufacturing?
We’re hiring a Production Supervisor to oversee line performance, safety, and continuous improvement in Penang.

Your responsibilities

Lead and motivate line teams; manage attendance and performance
Enforce HSE, 5S, and QRQC standards on the floor
Monitor production prep, KPI tracking, and daily progress audits
Conduct shift handovers and ensure closing procedures are followed
Drive improvement actions and coordinate with support teams

Your profile

Diploma in Manufacturing/Engineering
5+ years managing large production teams
Skilled in OEE, SAP, and systematic problem-solving
Flexible for shift work and detail-oriented
Proficient in English and MS Office
