We are looking for a Senior SCM Specialist to manage inbound and outbound logistics, inventory, and regulatory compliance at our Penang plant.
Your responsibilities
- Manage local/international shipments, ensuring compliance with LMW and customs regulations
- Coordinate inbound materials and tools with freight forwarders and customs
- Handle export logistics, container booking, and documentation (ZB2, ZB4, CJ5, CJ5A)
- Monitor and report inbound freight costs to Finance monthly
- Ensure accurate inventory control across SAP/ERP and LMW records
- Support labeling/packaging and enforce schedule accuracy
- Submit timely LMW reports and assist in audit preparation
- Track logistics KPIs and implement improvements
Your profile
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related
- 3–5 years' experience, preferably in LMW manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of customs, freight handling, and documentation
- Skilled in SAP, ERP, and Microsoft Office tools
- Fluent in English, Malay, and Mandarin
- Analytical, organized, and autonomous
