Join our global industrial team in Mexico and help drive manufacturing efficiency across PSS!

Your responsibilities

Optimize and standardize manufacturing processes globally
Analyze current process flows and propose improvements
Apply Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
Lead cross-functional project teams and collaborate internationally
Provide technical support to local production teams
Ensure alignment with PSS global production standards

Your profile

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or related engineering field
Minimum 5 years' experience in manufacturing/engineering environments
In-depth knowledge of process improvement techniques
Excellent communication skills in English and ability to work across cultures
