Process engineer

We’re looking for a hands-on problem solver to join our engineering team in Fresnillo
Improve production flows and systems.

Your responsibilities

Support manufacturing process development and optimization
Conduct root cause analysis and implement solutions
Improve scrap rate, efficiency, and product quality
Create and maintain PFMEAs, control plans, and validation protocols
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on technical support

Your profile

Degree in Engineering or technical equivalent
2–4 years' experience in process engineering in a manufacturing environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Experience with quality core tools and validation practices
Fluent in English; collaborative, team-oriented mindset
