Your responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day plastic injection molding operations
Coordinate production KPIs and ensure target achievement
Enforce quality, safety, and compliance standards
Manage shift performance and production schedules
Monitor maintenance needs and resolve technical issues

Your profile

Degree in Engineering or Industrial Technology
3+ years of supervisory experience in plastics or related production
Strong communication and leadership skills
Familiarity with KPI management and troubleshooting
Flexibility for shift rotation and hands-on involvement
