Your responsibilities
- Communicate with customers, manage incidents, and provide timely feedback via customer portals
- Conduct regular warranty return and zero-hour defect analysis
- Coordinate problem-solving across raw materials, assembly, testing, and failure analysis teams
- Participate in quality reviews, control plans, and PFMEA validation
- Lead requalification planning and internal/external audits to mitigate risks
- Share lessons learned and drive continuous improvement culture across departments
Your qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in an engineering discipline
- At least 5 years of experience in quality-related roles
- Familiar with VDA6.3, quality tools, and methodologies (Green/Black Belt is a plus)
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- A team player who communicates clearly and works well under pressure
