Senior automation engineer

Do you want to be the driving force behind smart automation in manufacturing?
We are looking for an experienced automation engineer to improve our productivity and build innovative solutions.

What you’ll do

Define project plans and engineering documentation (Spec, DR, FAT, SAT, etc.)
Design semi- and fully-automated machines and tools to reduce costs and increase efficiency
Develop, implement, and optimize equipment and ensure global standardization
Generate user manuals, mechanical prints, and documentation
Train technical support teams on automation systems
Collaborate with suppliers to define specifications and validate performance

What we expect

Bachelor's degree or above in Automation or related field
5+ years of experience in automation equipment design
Familiar with mechanical design, PLC programming (Siemens/Omron), robotics, and vision systems
Knowledge of power distribution, reliability engineering, and safety
Strong English writing and reading skills
Excellent logical thinking, ownership mindset, and cross-functional collaboration
