Senior process engineer

Are you passionate about driving process excellence and mentoring future engineering talent?
In this key role, you’ll shape how we deliver high-quality, efficient production at scale.

Your responsibilities include

Manage process definition and improvement for PCP and PPCP
Support RFQ/RFS quoting for scrap, efficiency, and investment evaluations
Lead efficiency, scrap, and quality target setting for projects
Provide technical advice and productivity support to Sub-cons
Transfer development knowledge into scalable manufacturing standards
Guide and coach process engineers to build organizational capability
Define layout, line balancing, time studies, and manpower planning
Drive continuous improvement through structured action plans

Your profile

Engineering degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Acoustical disciplines
5+ years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in speaker industry
Expertise in DOE, SAP, process design, jig/fixture development, and auditing
Comfortable with project tools (MS Project, Visio) and Core Tools
Fluent in English; clear communicator with attention to detail
